Nourishing Staff Engagement
Creating space for the real expert's voices to be heard
The nourishing staff engagement workshop was created and run with business participants to give staff space and opportunity to share their ideas about how food waste and circularity can be tackled in their workspaces!
Running the workshop with staff from
JW Marriott and IGA
The workshop used design thinking techniques and strategies like role-play and journey mapping to help encourage creative thinking and ideation.
The N.S.E workshop was also run in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil during ServDes 2023. We worked alongside Brazilian restaurant Delirio to bring this workshop to their staff and conference participants from around the world.
